(SNO) — A business place in Marigot, better known as a tourist attraction and a local entertainment hangout, has been completely destroyed by fire.
Castries fire personnel responded to the fire at Great View, Marigot at 12:20 a.m.
No one was injured and the incident is under investigation.
Great View served as a bar as well as a boutique where souvenirs and other items were sold to visitors and locals alike.
It was also known for hosting karaoke, after-parties, country/western, and old school entertainment.
Tourists and locals were known to use the area as a vantage point for taking scenic photos.
