(SNO) – Two people were injured in separate accidents this weekend, according to reports.
On Friday, June 22 at 10:55 p.m., Fire Service personnel in Castries responded to a traffic accident in Sarrot, Castries.
A 28-year-old, Darvin Son of Ciceron, Castries, sustained injuries after he slid and fell off his motorcycle.
He was transported by ambulance to Victoria Hospital. His medical status was not immediately available.
In the second incident, Shyeed Montrose, 21, of Marisule, Gros Islet was transported to Victoria Hospital by ambulance after the pick-up van she was travelling in, reportedly ran off the road at Ravine Poisson around midday on Saturday, June 23.
There were two occupants in the pick-up and she was the passenger, according to reports.
